HOW OUR STAIRLIFT ENGINEERS KEEP YOU SAFE DURING ASSESSMENTS
Disinfecting Materials
Any material or equipment that will be used during a Healthcare Matters engineers visit will be disinfected with appropriate materials. In fact, we’re so aware of the importance of proper sanitisation techniques and processes that we launched a new sister company, Salinise that provides alcohol-free hand gel, surface disinfectants and dry fogging machines.
Maintain Social Distancing
Our engineers will maintain social distancing, where possible, throughout the assessment for your protection and peace of mind.
Wear Appropriate PPE
We make sure that our engineers are equipped with appropriate PPE that will be worn at all times during their visit. This is for their protection and of course, yours and your loved ones.
After The Installation
After installation of your stairlift is complete, all of the stairlift is disinfected including the seat and any controls.

Healthcare Matters are now offering online stairlift assessments, on these we are able to discuss as much detail about stairlifts as possible with you over the phone or on a Zoom call before calling out to see you to minimise the time spent in your home.
