Choosing a stairlift doesn’t need to be difficult! Healthcare Matters Stairlifts pride themselves on providing customers with the best products and customer service in the industry! Fast response times, professional, well trained assessors and installers is the minimum that you can expect when dealing with us.
You will be hand held through the process to ensure the stairlift that we install is right for you. We will be on hand throughout the life of your stairlift to ensure that it is fully working in tip top shape.
Our process can be broken down into three stages:
- Free Assessment: One of our friendly, trained advisors will visit your home at a suitable time for you. We will discuss needs, wants, issues and problems and then present you with different options which will suit the criteria.
- We will then provide you with a drawing of your stairlift, showing how the track and rail will sit, this will also be accompanied by an instant quotation so you know how much the stairlift will cost straight away.
- Upon agreement of the quotation, we aim to move quickly, often installing the stairlift as quickly as 48 hours later!
Wirral Straight Stairlifts
Straight stairlifts are installed when a staircase is straight from the bottom of the staircase to the landing.
65% of stairlifts installed in Wirral are straight stairlifts, the majority of the Wirral straight stairlifts are installed on 13 step staircases, making this the standard stock for the area.
We mostly install Bruno Elan or Elite staircases in Wirral, with them being a well built, reliable, stylish but cost effective option. Reconditioned stairlifts of this type are usually used for rental purposes.
Though we are unable to quote for a stairlift without assessing the staircase, we advise that the rough cost of a stairlift is around £1700 installed as new. This can however depend on multiple factors, see our blog article piece “how much does a stairlift cost” for more information.
Wirral Curved Stairlifts
Curved stairlifts are installed when there are twists, turns, bends or change of directions in a staircase, they can also be used to enable a stairlift seat to be parked around the corner of a bottom/top landing.
35% of stairlifts we install in Wirral are curved stairlifts. Wirral curved stairlift are not usually the same case to case due to the different staircase types in the area, this makes stocking curved stairlifts that will fit the majority of houses in Wirral an impossible task.
However! Healthcare Matters have exclusive rights in the area to the Devi-Up curved stairlift. The Devi-Up not only allows us to design and quote the stairlift the same day infront of your eyes, but it can also be built from stock parts, allowing it to be built without the 6 week delay. This revolutionary technology is protected by an EU patent.
The Devi-Up also has a resale value nd no collection costs, due to the fact that it can be collected and refitted in another property.
